Where the Wild Things Are Junk Journal

This took me much longer to complete than expected. It was a fun project. All images in the journal are from a used, damaged book. No images or book pages have been replicated. The body of the journal is used cardboard that has been covered with bunting and cotton fabric. The various materials used on the exterior and interior are scrapbook papers, parchment, vellum, hand-dyed paper, lace, and ribbons. This is a handmade item. Papers have been dyed, distressed, sheered, crumpled, texturized.
