3, No, 4 Free Long Knit Loom Patterns.

A while back I had an impulse buy, the Boye Long Loom set. I thought that with 3 kids and 4 dogs that I’d have time to learn. Wrong. So I packed it away and forgot about it. With the extra time on my hands due to Covid-19 restrictions, I did some cleaning and rediscovered this purchase. Since then, I have been on the hunt for free beginner patterns, which has been more of a challenge than expected. Hopefully this is not foreshadowing at my attempt.

I did find book which is on Scribd  (obligatory transparency: I am NOT an affiliate with Scribd. If you click on the link and join for free I get another free month and you get 2 free months.) Then I discovered more books and articles that I lost sight of why I was there. Great resource. After hours of searching,  I decided I needed to go to where this loom began, and  Boye (pun intended) did I find a little jackpot. . It was here ( or rather at Simplicity their parent company) that I had some success.

Normally, I try to keep my lists to 3 but I feel compelled to share a little more of my discoveries. Okay, let me be honest, this is self-serving on my behalf as it is as much as a resource for me as it might be for you.

	Loom Knit Slouchy Hat This is just adorable. The slouchy hat is my favorite style Pattern is for round looms. I am adventurous enough to see if I can do it on a rectangle.
